Adult Studies
St. John’s offers an adult catechesis course that goes through the teachings of the Holy Scriptures and the Lutheran Confessions. Please contact pastor about times and dates. Every Sunday at 9 am (10:15 in summer) an adult bible study is offered for adults. Childcare is provided during this hour so all may attend. St. John’s Book Club meets once a month to discuss various Christian literature. WACS
The “Women Alive in Christ’s Service” (WACS) is a group of working women who meet on the third Tuesday of the month (except August) at 7 pm. We get together for a short bible study and to plan various events and projects. Here are some things we have been up to…

Women's Society The Women’s Society meets on the first Wednesday after the first Tuesday of the month (except August) at 1:30 pm. We get together for a short bible study and fellowship. We also prepare an Easter breakfast, a June salad luncheon and November bazaar and bake sale. We also serve meals for funerals and fundraise for various items our church needs. Missions are also important to our group. We send gifts and cards to our missionaries abroad. Music

Music has always been dear to the hearts of the members of St. John’s. Besides our Lutheran heritage of congregational hymn singing, we boast an adult choir, an adult chime choir, and a junior chime choir. Everyone is invited to join!
